Meet Ben and NIck, two of our many dedicated volunteers.

Ben and Nick, Ascension Missioners

Ben and Nick are members of Ascension church and attended Winters Mill high school. They participated in DreamBuilders trips in 2015 and 2016 in West Virginia. They liked getting to know the families while working on the houses and they are grateful for the opportunity to work with others through DreamBuilders. 
Previous Spotlight Volunteers

DrewFall 2012 - Drew is a member of Church of the Ascension in Westminster. He is presently at Carroll Community College finishing two Associates Degrees; one in Graphic Design and the other in Multi-Media Production.
  Spring 2013 - Katherine is a member of Christ Church and is a graduate of Oakland Mills High School. She has been very active in theater, choir and the Christ Church Youth Group.
 David and Lauren Spring 2014 - The brother-sister team of David and Lauren are members of St. Marks Church. David studies chemical engineering at the University of Maryland. Lauren attends River Hill High School and she enjoys soccer, running, traveling, and skiing.
BeckyFall 2014 -  Becky is a member of Temple Isaiah and has contributed on three mission trips and one local project. On the 2014 Sea Bright, NJ trip, she served as leader of a DreamBuilders work team. Becky is in her first year at University of Maryland and she intends to major in Hearing and Speech Sciences. Some of her other interests include singing, running, swing music, and puppies. 
hanna g. WV1 volunteerSpring 2015 - Hannah is a member of Church of the Ascension in Westminster. She was a Missioner on three West Virginia trips and one in Vermont. Hannah attends Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.  Her interests include running, books and movIes, conversation, shopping, and piano. 

JT on ladderFall 2015 - JT is a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, and is a senior at St. Joseph's in Baltimore.  He worked on 2 blitz builds in West Virginia.  He also worked at the Guardian Angel project, and several ARC projects. JT is considering going into education and coaching.
Ethan at Almost Heaven 2015Spring 2016 - Ethan attends the McDonogh School. He has always loved to build things and plans to major in engineering in college. Ethan enjoys both the service aspect of helping others and the construction aspects of DreamBuilders.
