They installed a new furnace and all new duct work for the DreamBuilders Guardian Angel row home project, and did so at the cost of materials.. Kipps DeSanto, a Virginia-based Investment Banking firm, supported DreamBuilders Guardian Angel Project. In 2013, the firm chartered a bus and transported nearly all of their employees, including the founders, Bob Kipps and Kevin De Santo, to Baltimore to help with the renovation of a row home destroyed by fire. They made significant progress on installing a new subfloor on the ground level, installed new roof shingles on the rear porch and did other general cleanup work. The SI Restoration Company provides a variety of construction services for water and fire damaged homes and businesses. Twenty-two employees of the company, including construction staff, office personnel, and an owner helped our Guardian Angel project take an amazing leap forward in March 2015. SI Restoration donated all of the padding and carpet (master bedroom, second bedroom, upstairs hallway, and stairs), vinyl (bathrooms and laundry room) and engineered wood for the foyer. www.si-restoration.com
Starr Systems Design of Baltimore, founded and owned by Sean Weiner, seamlessly integrates the latest technology into custom home enhancement systems that improve comfort, convenience, entertainment, and security. In October 2013, Starr Systems donated all materials and labor to completely wire the Guardian Angel Project,to include pulling a permit, installing receptacles and outlets, and providing the light fixtures. www.starrsystems.net

In 2013 and 2014, DreamBuilders held workdays at our Guardian Angel Project. Casey's Crab Company of Laurel, MD provided three spectacular lunches. Crabcake sliders, shrimp salad sliders, and pit beef sandwiches were provided along with steamed shrimp, cookies and drinks. Thanks very much to Dave Kilpe of Casey's Crab Company for taking great care of our hardworking and hungry volunteers!
Locally, Kendall Hardware, Inc. graciously allows DreamBuilders to set up a Coffee & Greenery fundraiser in front of the store in December. Kendall's is a family owned business located at the intersection of Route 108 and Great Star Drive in Clarksville, Maryland. We thank them for their continued support.
Liz Paesani of Sugar Mamma Bakery provides dessert for our Guardian Angel work days. Liz creates a variety of sugary goodness - from a scrumptuous sugar cookie to the most decadent wedding cake you will ever eat! Thanks to Sugar Mamma Bakery's special made-from-scratch treats, our volunteer work days are more sweet!
